No Refund Policy

All purchases made through Profit Boost Digital Marketing are non-refundable once the order has been processed. This includes, but is not limited to:

AI marketing reports and analysis

marketing strategy services

campaign setup and optimization services

marketing automation setup

digital marketing consulting

downloadable reports or digital resources

access to marketing tools or software

Because these services involve digital delivery, strategic work, and resource allocation, refunds cannot be issued once services or materials have been delivered or initiated.

Billing Errors or Duplicate Charges

Refunds may only be issued in the event of a verified billing error. If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or were charged incorrectly due to a processing error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction so we can investigate the issue.

If a duplicate charge or billing error is confirmed, the incorrect charge will be refunded to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue may delay resolution and could result in suspension of services.
